New Super Mario Bros. Wii top-selling Japanese game this year
New Super Mario Bros. Wii has nudged out Dragon Quest VI and Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 to become the biggest-selling Japanese game in the first half of 2010, according to Famitsu.
