Surprise, surprise - the NEOGEO Gold X has finally nominated a release date, and it is pretty much "now". The $200/£175/€199 console bundle arrives in the US and Europe on December 18, which has already kicked off everywhere but the US west coast. Destructoid reports you ought to be able to pick up the retro tech from Amazon, Walmart and GameStop among others.
