Need money in No Man's Sky? Here's an easy way to farm units
No Man's Sky doesn't offer the same sort of exploitable farming tricks as many other games, but it's not impossible.
No Man's Sky plonks every player down in a new starting position, so unfortunately we can't offer you a quick and easy get rich quick scheme; the planets we're strip-mining may be on the other side of the universe from you.
That said, if you know what you're doing it's easy to rake in units by the shipload. As Arekkz explains in the video above, the trick is to scour No Man's Sky for planets with resources that yield trade commodities.
You'll know if you've found what you're after because the Sentinels (No Man's Sky's space police) will rush you, so be careful - but fill your boots and you'll rake it in next time you hit a trading post. If you find a rich planet right by a trading post, you'll have a much easier time of it.
Some No Man's Sky players are lending a hand with their naming choices; if you see a planet called "EasyFarm" or something, it's probably worth a look. Beware of trolls, though.
