Shortly after Western news sites picked up on a mysterious Xbox 360 counter, the enigma was solved when the domain was updated to redirect to a Korean Kinect event splash page.
Xbox Invitational 2011 appears to be a local Microsoft showcase event.

A peek at the source code doesn't show much, and the domain is registered to a third party registrant masking company.
Recent rumours of upcoming Microsoft reveals include the eternal Xbox 720 development chestnut and talk of a platform agnostic streaming games service.
