MS Xbox division sees nearly double profits in Q1

Microsoft's Entertainment and Devices Division (the Xbox and Zune bit) has seen profits rise from $159 million in last year's Q1 to $312 million this year.
Revenue for the quarter remained static at $1.89 billion.
Microsoft corp saw some big drops in both revenue and profit, with sales down 14 percent to $12.92 billion and income down 18 percent to $3.57 billion.
