Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S

The action-RPG has been remastered with 60fps gameplay, enhanced textures, 4K resolution, and DualSense support.

Coming digitally March 4 to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S is Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition. This is a fully remastered version of the game.

The game renders at 4K30 on Xbox Series S.

It will be a free next-gen upgrade for existing customers who already bought the game on PS4 or Xbox One. For new customers, this remastered version will run you $29.99/€29.99/£24.99.

This remaster has been calibrated to take advantage of the PS5 DualSense controller, allowing you to hear the whispering sounds and heartbeat vibrations as you approach a new Shell, to the impact you feel as you utilize the mechanics.

There's also a special physical edition to be made available which comes with an exclusive 140-page artbook. It also features an exclusive reversible cover and art postcards. The Deluxe Collection will run you $39.99/€39.99/£34.99 and will be available at all major participating retailers this spring across North America and Europe.

A standard physical edition will also be made available.
