Monster Hunter World: How to get a Spirited Canteen Ticket and complete the Seeing is Believing quest
For this Monster Hunter World Sizzling Spice fest quest, you're on the hunt for a powerful Tigrex.
The quest Seeing is Believing rewards you with Strong Ale and Master Ale Dual Blades. Head to the quest counter to find it under the Events tab to get started, though you'll need to be Master Rank 9 or above to complete it.
Wearing the Passionate Armour can increase your chance of a Spirited Canteen Ticket dropping, so make sure you equip it.

The Tigrex is a bit of a bastard to beat and its weakness is Thunder, so make sure you have the appropriate elemental types equipped before you head out. It would also be a good idea to bring a bunch of healing items with you, as well as a decent ranged weapon.
Follow the quest marker and you'll soon find the arena where the Tigrex is kept. From then on, all you need to do is defeat it - easier said than done, but the Tigrex has been available for some time now. You'll want to keep your distance and dodge as much as you can, using your ranged weapon as you go. Once it wears itself out, go ahead and use your melee weapon.
Once you've defeated the Tigrex, it should drop at least one Spirited Canteen Ticket, if not two. You can take this back to the Smithy to craft Strong Ale, a Master Rank Dual Blade. Alongside the ticket, you'll also need:
- Two Tigrex Hardfang
- Three Tigrex Cortex
- Five Monster Slogbone
After that, you can upgrade the Strong Ale to Master Ale, which requires:
- Spirited Canteen Ticket
- Three Ultraplegia Sacs - dropped by Viper Tobi-Kadachi and Great Girros
- Three Torpor Sacs - dropped by Nightshade Paolumu and Radobaan
- One Conqueror's Seal
