Monster Hunter World: see the glider mantle in action, hear Capcom answer veteran questions
Monster Hunter World fans are in for a bit of a treat today with a double whammy of fresh videos out of gamescom 2017.
Monster Hunter mega fan Arekkz is at the show and naturally doing everything he can to press Monster Hunter World to his bosom and potentially run away with it.
We all benefit from his avarice, as he's returned with a look at the glider mantle. Mantles are capes that grant you various bonuses and abilities, and the glider mantle does about what you'd expect - see it in action below.
Now, if you're a Monster Hunter faithful and looking for some more information on what looks like a very hot ticket indeed, Arekkz also got a chance to chat with Capcom and ask detailed questions about topics of interest to veterans, such as G-Rank, taming and beards in Monster Hunter World. Well, okay, the beards thing is maybe not as universally a burning question as it is to our boy here.
Monster Hunter World releases in early 2018 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It's the first major console release in yonks, and we're very excited that it's coming west with Capcom's full support behind it.
What with all those Souls games under our belts we're all in a better place to embrace demanding action RPGS. Is it Monster Hunter's time to shine?
