Monster Hunter Generations released - here's the launch trailer and a reviews round-up
With all the Pokemon Go hoopla, you may have forgotten Monster Hunter Generations released yesterday.
Or maybe you didn't. Either way, it's out, and critics have weighed-in on the latest 3DS game in the franchise.
It seems to be a a hit with reviewers, going by the scores posted below.
The action-RPG from Capcom was released in Japan last November as Monster Hunter X but is known as Monster Hunter Generations outside the region.
Like other titles in the Monster Hunter series, players hunt down dangerous creatures using special attacks, combos, and the ability to obtain new armor and weapons.
The game also features cross-overs with other Capcom franchises such as Ghosts 'n Goblins, Okami Street Fighter and Strider. Cross-overs with Nintendo properties The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and Fox McCloud from the Star Fox series are also included along with Fire Emblem Fates bonus content.
