Monster Hunter 4's customisable Felyne companions detailed in Famitsu

Monster Hunter 4 wil see you escorted by up to two Felyne companions, says Famitsu. Your main companion will be fully customisable too. Check out the details after the break, and yes, it's a slow news morning.
Siliconera reports that you will be able to customise your main Felynes' fur, ears and eyes, and that you can take them along with you on quests to aid in fights. Your second - or 'sub Felyne' as they call it - affects what union attack your adventurer uses. They can also grab a hold of enemies to root them on the spot or pull them out of the air, which can come in handy we're sure.
