Mighty Quest for Epic Loot passes 1.5 million registered players, new trailer & stats released

The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot publisher Ubisoft has confirmed that its free-to-play title has passed the 1.5 million registration barrier. The company has rolled out a new trailer and some stats on players' performance so far.

The trailer outlines Opulencia's greatest sportsman Sir Painhammer, a charming cad with abs of steel and a two-handed broadsword to match. Careful now.

Ubisoft also laid out some stats gleaned from the game's testing so far, with players having stolen over 29 billion pieces of gold throughout 790,000 community-created castles. Some 28 million hours have been played so far, and they've streamed over 3,360 hours of gameplay on Twitch. Lastly; the Knight is the beta's most-popular character.
