Microsoft E3 2016: no Xbox Scorpio details, three exclusives and Gwent - more leaks
It appears Microsoft will only announce a release date for Xbox One Scorpio, its most "powerful console ever", and nothing else today during its E3 2016 press conference.
Microsoft E3 2016: no Xbox Scorpio details, three exclusives and Gwent - more leaks
This is according to another tidbit of information from Nerd Leaks. The console is said to contain a more powerful GPU, 4K and Rift support, and reportedly targets higher peak performance than PS4 Neo.
Since this particular Xbox One console isn't set for release until 2017, it's safe to say if Microsoft doesn't announce anything other than a release date today, details are being saved for the Build conference in spring 2017. Or some other event.
Microsoft’s new hardware, the Xbox One S has already leaked. It’s 40% smaller, comes with a 2TB hard drive and supports 4K Ultra HD.
Other tidbits for the conference: three Xbox One exclusives are to be announced alongside on large, triple-A multiplatform game.
Also, it's said CD Projekt's standalone Gwent game coming to PC and consoles will be revealed at the conference.
