Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes includes some fancy lighting which makes Snake look a bit elderly; this new picture shows off our hero in the glory of his prime.

When detractors proved ill-content with Hideo Kojima's explanation, the creator asked one of his staff to render a familiar Ground Zeroes image without night-vision goggles, and tweeted it out to fans:
