Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain servers "operating normally" except on PS4

Server issues have plagued Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain since launch earlier this week, but as of today, servers are now operating normally, according to Konami.
Konami is still working on issues with PlayStation 4, and the servers remain offline for maintenance.
PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One servers are now "operating normally" per the official Konami information page.
Once the PS4 servers go back online, we'll update this post.
