Identify subordinate of the PF commander, the Major
Follow the marker on the map, whip out your int-scope, and check out the nearby guard post. You should be able to get eyes on your target as he gets into a vehicle with his three-man escort. He'll be the only one not wearing a helmet. Be sure to get a good look at his face so that you can make a positive ID.
Identify the PF commander, the Major
You'll definitely want to have D-horse with you as you'll be tailing the subordinate on his way to meet up with the Major. Eventually he'll leave his vehicle and set off into the forest on foot. Stay out of sight and follow him to the meet. Find an elevated vantage point and use your int-scope to identify the Major. He'll be the one wearing sunglasses.
Extract or eliminate the PF commander, the Major
Now that you've found the Major, deal with him as you see fit.
Extract the subordinate of the PF commander, the Major
Knock out and fulton off the Major's minion to complete the objective. Be wary of the escort that will start poking around if they spot anyone collapse from a tranquiliser shot.
Listen to the conversation between the PF commander (the Major) and his subordinate
After following the Major's subordinate to the rendezvous point, stay hidden and listen in on their conversation before you make your move to tick this one off.
Extract prisoner being held at Munoko ya Nioka Station, NE Guard Post
The prisoner is at Munoko ya Nioka Station, NE Guard Post, in a building opposite the watch tower.
