Memories of Blizzard competition opens
Blizzard wants your memories, but in its defence it'll give you an all-expenses trip to BlizzCon as compensation.
As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Blizzard is holding a Memories of Blizzard competition. Entrants are asked to submit a piece of their memory in video form, be it animated, live action, or, you know, one of those weird slide things.
Blizzard is looking for an entry that "gets us misty-eyed or makes us stand up and cheer". Multiple prizes will be awarded, with available loot including the afore-mentioned expenses-paid trip to BlizzCon; Razer, SteelSeries and Creative Labs peripherals and accessories; TavernCraft gear; DCDirect action figures; and custom posters of your World of Warcraft character from PrintWarcraft.
The competition is open to all US and Canadian residents - except those in North Dakota, Vermont, Connecticut, Maryland or Quebec - over the age of majority, or over thirteen with the consent of a guardian. See the full terms and conditions on the entry page.
BlizzCon 2011 returns to Anaheim in October.
