Meaty square-shaped hero shows up in Southend's Ilomilo

Meat Boy may not be prepping for a sequel, but that doesn't mean you can't have another encounter with him in something else.

Apparently, our quadrilaterally shaped pal will be making an appearance in Southend Interactive's Ilomilo when it's released on XBL Arcade. Other characters which will be familiar to you will also be making an appearance, but the devs are keep those a bit hush-hush at the moment. All will be non-playable cameos.

There's still no word on when the darling game will hit Xbox Live, but Southend says it's "definitely" on the way, and there's even some DLC planned for it called Autumn Tale which will run around 400 MSP/$5. The game is also slated for AT&T phones.
