Maroon 5's Levine suing Activision over Band Hero inclusion
Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine is suing Activision over his inclusion in Band Hero, according to Reuters.
The singer had fully agreed to appear in the game in 2009 for Maroon 5's She Will Be Loved, as well as be mocapped for the game.
However, the game allows his avatar in the game to sing other songs than just his own, and in a multiple array of various voices as well. Oops.
Levine is suing for fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, violation of the common-law right of publicity and unfair business acts or practices, and is seeking unspecified damages
