Mafia 3 aims to build on the series strengths with another detailed historical setting.
Mafia 3 is set in New Orelans in 1968. The Civil Rights period provides a hell of a narrative backdrop for the crime drama; the musical explosion of the late 1960's gives Hangar 13 a chance to build a rocking soundtrack; and the architecture of the city allows for some breathtaking sights.
Will Hangar 13 capitalise on all this potential? According to this new developer diary, it's sure as heck gonna try.
