Did you know ex-UFC fighter Kyle Kingsbury plays the lead role in Mafia 3?

I did not.

Mafia 3 protagonist Lincoln Clay is voiced by retired UFC competitor Kyle Kingsbury.

The fighter mentioned his role in today's episode of the Joe Rogan Podcast, as spotted by HardcoreGamer.

I feel like this information may have been known, since Kingsbury tweeted about the Mafia 3 Game Informer cover story, but it's news to me.

Anyway, Mafia 3 is coming in 2016 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It has not been dated but retailers have tipped it for April. It's set in New Orleans at the height of the Civil Rights movement, and ells a story of a returned Vietnam veteran who gets caught up in a battle between local branches of the mob.

If you're not familiar with Kingsbury, who retired in 2014, you may never have seen this picture of him in the nude, showing off a bottom which could be used to park a firehose, according to my pal Felicia. I gotta hit the gym, cats. I gotta do more squats. The bearded athlete doesn't seem to have any voice acting credits, which makes him something of an unusual casting choice, but has appeared on multiple TV shows related to UFC.
