Hit up your Pokemon Bank March 4 - October 31 and receive three Legendary Pokemon

Pokemon Bank users who access their account starting March 4 through October 31 will be handed Legendary versions of three Pokemon: Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

The three Legendary Pokemon which appear in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games, will all be Level 50 and have Hidden Abilities not previously available when caught in the wild during regular gameplay.

Regirock's Hidden Ability is Sturdy which means if he has full HP and is hit, he will be able to endure the attack with 1 HP remaining instead of fainting.

Ice Body is the Hidden Ability for Regice which will help the Pokemon restore HP whenever the weather condition is Hail. It will also be able to use weather to its advantage by remaining in battle for longer periods and doling out more damage to foes.

Registeel's Hidden Ability is Light Metal which cuts his weight in half and reduces damage taken from Grass Knot and Low Kick attacks. These attacks increase in power according to the heaviness of the target, so using the Pokemon's Hidden Ability will help on this front.

To receive these three Pokemon, use Pokemon Link in your copy of Pokemon X & Y and Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire after accessing the Pokemon Bank.

Regirock, Regice and Registeel will be received one at a time, and only once.
