Level-5 have filed a trademark application with the USPTO for Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. This is the first indication we've heard of the game coming to the US, although there was never in any doubt it would head to the states eventually. Nintendo announced the game would be heading to Europe previously, and a trademark application for the US always seems to hit close to E3, according to Siliconera. Sounds like time for us to buy a 3DS, then.
