Leisure Suit Larry Kickstarter closes on $655,182
Replay Games has secured the required funding - and then some - for Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards.
With $655,182 as the final KickStarter tally, the project attracted 14,081 backers for an average donation of just over $46 each.
The $15 pledge proved the most popular but at least one person gave $10,000 and seven ponied up at least $5,000.
Towards the end of the fundraising period, Replay Games began accepting donations via PayPal, to facilitate donations by those ho can't use Amazon's checkout system. When these additional funds are accounted for, the developer received $673,602.

The remake of Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards is expected on Android, iDevice, Mac and PC in October.
