LEGO Worlds updated with improved maps, underwater content and much more

LEGO Worlds developer TT Games has delivered on many of its recent promises with a mammoth update.

LEGO Worlds Content Update 2 is now live, and comes with a ton of stuff detailed in a recent roadmap.

For starters, you can now explore and build underwater - although you'll have better luck with a submarine or a character who doesn't need to breathe.

Breathing underwater (or not breathing at all) is just one of a number of factors differentiating characters, but TT Games didn't want to spoil you fun by saying what new abilities have been added. Also, if you're looking for new characters you can use the overhauled Discovery system to find them. If you've already unlocked everything you can retain your progress but roll all your discoveries back to experience the new content.

The new map feature, which supports waypoints, should be a help - although you can also turn it off if you prefer. And when you do find something, you can take a picture of it with the Camera.

Details on these features and many, many more, as well as full bug fixing patch notes, are available on Steam.
