League of Legends seasonal campaign has kicked off and it's pirate-themed

Act one of the League of Legends seasonal campaign Bilgewater: Burning Tides was deployed this week with the release of patch 5.14. Along with new pirate-themed skins, it also includes a re-skin of the Howling Abyss map, now called Butcher’s Bridge for the event.
Players will also participate in new challenges such as a new game mode added to Summoner’s Rift. They will be able to hire customizable mercenaries to do battle.
To help celebrate the pirate-themed event, some of the skins have been put on sale for 50% and 25% off.
