League of Legends Patch 3.10 notes now available

Riot Games has released a list of changes coming with the next League of Legends update, and it's a doozy. Many champions and as well as some items are getting tweaked, as well as maps such as Summoner's Rift. Bugs in chat have been fixed, as well as others, and with Ready Check, those that "habitually fail to accept matched games will be temporarily removed from the queue." Riot says this should help players with longer queue times as well as remove some "fringe abuse cases." Full notes are through the link. The patch will arrive sometime today.
