League of Legends offers new cinematic trailer

It's one of if not the most-played PC game in the world, and yet somehow not everybody is onboard League of Legends. This new trailer for the most successful MOBA to date reminds veterans of the pageantry and passion of arena-based violence, while presenting newbs with a reason to weather the steep learning curve. In any case, it's four and a half minutes of very pretty, action-packed cinematic.
If you do know a bit about League of Legends, you'll recognise a number of nods to how the MOBA actually plays - even if it doesn't look like this in action. Like, at all.
Now that that's out of the way, here's a making of so you can see just how Riot Games put this treasure together. Trailers, eh? They're certainly a thing.
