The US PS Blog's confirmed that LittleBigPlanet will release on October 21, with the European version shipping in the "same week."
Further, Sony's going to make a Sackboy spacesuit freely available for download for the first week of the game's existence. You can't say fairer than that.
In addition, there's also going to be a rare “I was there Week One” t-shirt available for your little cloth men and women. Just so you can prove you're hardcore a few months down the line.
