Konami teases green "A Next Metal Gear" message

Konami's posted a teaser site showing some symbols and the words "a next Metal Gear is..."
That's it. There's a bit of an animation. Green? Xbox green?
Kojima's already hinted that his next game will be announced next year, possibly at TGS 09.
