Konami is developing a new Metal Gear game
Konami has confirmed that it's working on a new Metal Gear game.
Following on from yesterday's debacle, Konami has confirmed in a statement that Hideo Kojima will remain involved with MGS5: The Phantom Pain until its release in September.
In addition, the Japanese publisher is working on a new Metal Gear title. Auditions for a development team will be conducted soon, as Konami is currently in the process of recruiting for said team.
"Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. will continue to develop and distribute top-quality content in the METAL GEAR series following 'MGSV: TPP' We greatly anticipate and deeply appreciate your ongoing support for METAL GEAR.
"Thank you for your continued patronage of KONAMI products and services," read the statement.
Thanks, Amir.
