Sony, Sony, Sony. Not content with booking up three hours of speech time at Gamescom next month, the company's gone and confirmed Kaz Hirai as the main speaker at TGS this year.
His speech will be titled New Tactics for 2009, and starts on September 24 at 10:30am.
