Just Cause 3: how to smash the Keeping it Reel Challenge

Just Cause 3 has some pretty tough challenges, but with a lateral thinking you can top the leaderboard every time.
If you've just started Just Cause 3, or started some time ago but avoided the main story missions to faff about in the open world instead, there's a really easy way to get enormous scores in the Keeping it Reel challenge.
The trick below comes courtesy of my pal Joab Gilroy, and must be completed early in the game. It takes a bit of effort to pull off, but the results speak for themselves.
