In Ghost Recon: Wildlands ancient spirits have awoken and it's up to the Ghosts to put them back to bed

A new challenge mission is available for Ghost Recon: Wildlands players, and it's rather witchy.

According to the latest briefing, cultists have brought three, ancient bruja spirits out of their slumber, and it's up to the Ghosts to find out what the need to be put to rest.

The event kicked off yesterday, and players have two weeks to complete the mission before it ends on August 9.

Apparently, there are three shrines players will need to located after finding the Witches Hut.

We won't go into details on where these are located, or what the player needs to do at each because it would spoil the fun.

The challenge mission was teased in Update 6 for Ghost Recon: Wildlands with the addition of "weird noises" coming from a hut.

It doesn't appear to be related to a Yeti as previously thought, but that doesn't mean one won'r appear in-game at some point. One can hope, at any rate.
