id leaves ESA

id Software has become the latest company to quit the ESA, GamePolitics reports. No reason has been given for the decision, but the move will no doubt be seen as yet another nail in the organisation's credibility. Activision, Vivendi and, most recently, LucasArts have all left the US trade body this year.
