How to Change Clothes in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee

When you first start out in either Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu or Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee, you’ll be given the standard outfit that you can see just below. From here, as you embark on your journey, you’ll unlock various other character outfits that you can equip.

The first case of this is when you board the S.S. Ann in Vermillion City. Speak to the sailor waiting just outside this ship itself, and he’ll give you the sailor outfit. From here, to change outfits in Pokemon Let’s Go, you’ll have to pause the game by pressing X, and scroll over to the ‘Bag’ option.

Once you’re in your bag’s inventory, select the ‘Clothing Trunk’ option, and you can choose between kitting out you, or your Pikachu/Eevee, depending on which version of the game you purchased.

By selecting the option to choose an outfit for your character, you can equip different items, mixing and matching between outfits. You can choose between hats, outerwear, pants, shoes, and a bag, changing up between your regular outfit, and other outfits that you’ve earned through playing the game (like the sailor outfit).
