Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition out in December, includes The Frozen Wilds expansion
Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition has been announced by Sony.
Those who've been holding out purchasing Horizon Zero Dawn will be able to pick up a Complete Edition just in time for the holidays.
Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition will include all content from the Digital Deluxe version of the PlayStation 4 title, along with the upcoming expansion The Frozen Wilds.
The expansion was announced during E3 2017, and finds Aloy travelling to the frozen north where she will encounter new machines as well as the fourth tribe.
Only three tribes were included in the core game when Horizon Zero Dawn released in February, but the fourth was alluded to.
The Frozen Wilds will be released on November 7 and will run $19.99/£15.99. PS Plus members can save 25% off the standard price.
Horizon Zero Dawn was received rather well by critics and fans alike. Guerrilla Games has provided consistent support for the title via patches, new and updated features, and tweaks to the very popular photo mode.
Sony has said previously the titles as the potential to become a new franchise, so we expect more adventures for Aloy at some point in the future.
Residents in North America can pick up Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition on December 5 and it will be released on December 6 in Europe for PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro. If you decide to pick it up and need some pointers, be sure to check out our Horizon Zero Dawn guide, which at this point doesn't include The Frozen Wilds expansion for obvious reasons.
The Complete Edition will run you $49.99 or the regional equivalent.
