Heroes of the Storm had a good start last year, but 2016 is when Blizzard kicks the eSports side up a notch by fronting a full Global Championship Circuit, with a $4 million total prize pool.

The year long tournament is divided into three seasons, and regional qualifiers are just getting started for the spring arm. Some of the events seem to be open to new participants still, if you happen to have a good team, while others are already in progress or locked down - but you can still tune in and support your favourite teams. Check dates and event information for your local qualifiers on Battle.net.

The spring season culminates in a Global Championship in Seoul, South Korea from April 1 through 3. Two teams each from North America, Europe, China and one team each from Latin America, Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia and New Zealand will battle it out for a $5090,000 prize pool. More informaiton on the event will be revealed soon.
