Heavy Rain gets toned down edition for France

European game ratings body PEGI's rated a toned down version of Heavy Rain. The Quantic Dream thriller was given a PEGI 18 (BBFC 15) when it launched last February. Now the new version, Heavy Rain Edition Modifiée, has been given a PEGI 16. This new version does feature "realistic looking violence, nudity of a sexual nature, and strong language," however. Sony's told Eurogamer it's a French-only thing, though.
