Halo 5: A Hero Falls TV spot is pretty dramatic, probably lying

Halo 5 is going to be a rough time for our pal Master Chief. Possible spoilers follow.
Halo 5: Guardians is close now and Microsoft is starting to ramp up its promotional campaign. The video below was aired during Sunday Night Football earlier today.
I think it's obvious by now that something serious happens to Master Chief during or before the events of the game, and also that whatever the news reports in this trailer claim the truth of the situation is not yet clear. Nevertheless, perhaps you shouldn't watch this if you want to avoid spoilers.
I would though; it's pretty rad and I doubt anybody who's been following Hunt the Truth will be surprised by - or believe - anything they see here.
Halo 5 launches on Xbox One on October 27.
