GTA Online will soon let players manage their own nightclubs
GTA Online has a upcoming nightlife expansion that will let players manage, staff, and arrange music for their personal clubs.
Grand Theft Auto Online's latest expansion will highlight a new aspect of crime: trying to run a "legitimate" business. This July, Los Santos nightlife scene will get an upgrade that allows players to manage their own nightclub.
While the full range of features are unclear, Rockstar confirmed in a statement that you'll be able to run your club "from setup, design, staffing and promotion". There will also be financial rewards. A successfully managed business will bring in more profits, and there seems to be options to launder funds from illegal operations as well.
Of course, running a club can be considered a reward in itself. Real-world musicians Solomun, Tale Of Us, Dixon, and The Black Madonna can "hired" to perform for your patrons. Presumably additional artists and music tracks will be featured if the expansion proves successful.
Rockstar will be unveiling more details soon, including how to get on the "Guest List" and earn rewards. The nightlife expansion should launch within GTA Online sometime in July.
