Diamonds have been removed as a reward for completing the Diamond Casino Heist in GTA Online.
The sparkling gems were only added as a reward in the recent Valentine's update last week, but they've already been cleared out of the vault underneath the casino. Rockstar didn't say last week if diamonds were going to be a limited time reward, so it's quite a shock to some players who were hoping to scoop up a big payout.
The kind-of good news is that if you were already in the process of scoping out the Diamond Casino Heist then there's one last chance you'll get them as a reward if you complete the job successfully. Otherwise, you're s**t out of luck until diamonds make a return.
The change was spotted by prolific and continually correct leaker Tez Funz.
Elsewhere in today's update, the new vehicle is the Kanjo with a max price of $580,000 and there's double payouts on all Survivals, Special Cargo, Bodyguard & Associate Salary and VIP Work & Challenges. Log in today and you'll get a groovy Dinka t-shirt for free too.
