Mod opens GTA 5's story mode to co-op players

Now you can roll around Trevor, Michael and Franklin's world with your buddies.
A new mod for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 allows you to experience the single-player campaign world with multiple players.
The mod by Guadmaz brings players into the campaign, so technically isn't a hack for GTA Online and shouldn't get you banned. Having said that, Rockstar is s**t hot at taking down anything that threatens the online game, so be careful if you intend to give it a spin.
As with most mods there are gameplay issues and technical problems - lag and frame rate drops in particular.
