This GTA 4 mod makes it look absolutely stunning

Version 3.0 of the iCEnhancer mod for Grand Theft Auto 4 is now available for download, and if you thought it was looking great back in 2011, you are in for a surprise.
The changelog from the previous version of the mod contains a new timecycle, better performance, balanced lighting in every weather, easier setting configurations, better motion blur and faster bloom and more.
This latest version is compatible with 1.0.7.0/EFLC.
You can download the mod here, but the site seems to be under a bit of stress at the moment. Keep trying, though.
