God of War: Ascension developer video discusses the creation of Empusa

A new God of War: Ascension developer diary has been released, discussing the mythological succubus Empusa. In Greek mythology, she was at one time a demigoddess and the daughter of Hecate, but in later writings she became a type of spectre-monster under the control of Hecate. Whatever her origins are in the game, though, she looks rather formidable and her physical attributes seem to defy gravity. Lucky her. Game's out March 12 in NA, and from March 13 in Europe.
