Ghost Recon: Wildlands single-player features shown off in extensive walkthrough video
Take a look at what Ghost Recon: Wildlands has to offer those who prefer a single-player experience.
In this walkthrough video, Ghost Recon: Wildlands lead designer Dominic Butler, talks you through the actions seen in the video.
For those who aren't keen on multiplayer, or who just want to take a break and go solo, the game will provide you with three AI teammates. You will need these characters in order to make it through the 21 provinces available in the game.
The video shows some of these provinces when the in-game map is displayed, and the group choppers over to the next checkpoint.
Players can manage the three AI teammates by using a Command Wheel where they can be given four direct orders. They will adapt their actions to the player's play-style, but using the commands offers more precision. They can be commanded to regroup, go to a specific location, hold position, or open fire.
If you give it a watch, you'll notice there are various ways to and area. Sometimes the player will need to equip a suppressor on their weapon, for example. This can be done both on the fly, or through the UI's Gunsmith section. This is where the player can fully customize their weapons.
The video is just over 21 minutes long, so grab beverage or something and give it a watch.
If you have yet to sign up for one of the multiple betas, you can so so through the official website.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on March 7.
