Ghost Recon Breakpoint open beta now live following delay

Ubisoft has confirmed that the Ghost Recon Breakpoint open is now live.

Update 2: Over three hours later, beta servers have now gone live. Ubisoft once again tweeted out an update confirming that things are back to working order.

Update 1: Ubisoft has posted another update saying that it's currently investigating an issue preventing players from being able to connect.

"We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting connection. Our teams are working on a solution and will continue to update you via this thread. We appreciate your patience," a tweet posted minutes ago reads.

Original story: The Ghost Recon Breakpoint open beta was supposed to have gone live roughly 30 minutes ago across all platforms.

Unfortunately, things aren't running smoothly as of yet. The official Ghost Recon account tweeted that some preparations are still being finalised, causing the delay.

"In order to guarantee a smooth experience for all players we need to finalize the preparation of our infrastructure before we can open the servers to everyone," the tweet reads.

"We apologize for the delay and will post an update ASAP."

This tweet was posted just 15 minutes ago, and servers have not yet gone live at the time of this writing. Breakpoint is an online game. This, coupled with the fact the beta is open to everyone means servers are likely being heavily stressed.
