Well, not anyone, but there's a secret boss that you can activate by calling him a dick.

Borderlands has always been filled with pop culture references and little-known Easter eggs. This one is among the the harder to get, but it's certainly worth the trouble, as you're about to see below. In the video Prestige'r MadLuigi goes over the specific steps you need to take if you want to turn this scag into a boss. It involves grenade-jumping, picking up letters to modify a building sign to spell 'DICK' and more.
