Genshin Impact Yougou Cleansing | How to solve Miasmic Tumor puzzles

Genshin Impact Yougou Cleansing is the final stage of Sacred Sakura Cleansing, and it's a tough one.

You'll need to fight another boss character, fend off Ochimusha, and solve more cleansing puzzles, all while dealing with an ever-present Electro threat. This guide breaks down how to clear each phase of the Miasmic Tumor fight.

Genshin Impact Yougou Cleansing | Miasmic Tumor

The final stage of Sacred Sakura Cleansing takes you to Mt. Yougou west of the Kamisato Estate. Speak with Kazari after finishing Cleansing Defilement, then head to the mountain.

Speak with Kazari again. Jump down the hole, and face off against the Ochimusha to force the Miasmic Tumor to appear. You’ll need to continually grab Electrogranum, since the area deals Electro damage like the Kamisato Estate barrier does.

The Miasmic Tumor creates three cleansing puzzles over the battle’s course, and you must clear these to make it vulnerable again. The first two follow the same pattern, and the primary shrine is, as always, meant to be 1 each time.

This one is a bit different.

The tumor will regularly spawn Ochimusha enemies as well, so it’s not a bad idea to have a healer on in your party. Neither enemy is particularly difficult, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed.

Once you defeat the tumor, speak with Kazari one more time to finally wrap up the Sacred Sakura Cleansing quest. Among your rewards is a mask item that teaches you the blueprint for one of the Genshin Impact 2.0 update weapons.

Now you’ve finished this massive quest, unwind a bit and farm some Sakura Bloom and Naku Weed to help power up Ayaka and Yoimiya.
