Gears of War strategy game Gears Tactics launches on April 28

Turn-based strategy game Gears Tactics is coming in 2020.
Microsoft released the latest trailer for the upcoming Gears strategy game during tonight's Game Awards. Set over a decade before the events of Gears of War, Gears Tactics is a turn-based strategy game in the vein of XCOM.
Described as developer The Coalition's own take on the turn-based strategy genre, it will feature a character-driven story, faster, more aggressive gameplay, a customizable squad and equipment, and massive boss battles.
In addition, the campaign will be over 40 hours long, according to the latest trailer.
The game will release on Xbox One and PC on April 28, 2020.
