Gears of War 2 triple XP event starts today

Epic has announced a Gears of War 2 triple XP event starting today and running through Monday, November 16.
That's nine days there, folks.
Additionally, players will be able to play in the new tactical mode across all multiplayer games which has increased weapon damage and reduced ammo counts along with increasing "down-but-not-out" health for revives.
Public Horde’s difficulty will be "bumped to hardcore", and playlists can also include individual game types.
